Cynthia A. Warren, MS, LPC,

Cynthia Warren is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Level II Certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).  Cynthia has been a therapist for 12 years and has experience working with adults, children, adolescents, families and couples in counseling, and working on a wide variety of issues. Cynthia specializes in working with clients (adults, children and teens) who have experienced trauma and/or have difficulty with anxiety, depression and grief-related issues.

Cynthia Warren received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Memphis, and completed her graduate internship on her Masters in Counseling, through Ohio University in Athens, OH. Cynthia worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Athens, OH for 8 years, prior to transferring to Memphis 4 years ago.

Cynthia is a member of EMDRIA, the EMDR international Association.

Rachael Brite, LPC, MHSP

It is my pleasure to have been invited to join Eric Cassius in his counseling practice at Cassius and Associates.  I have known Eric for many years and have been greatly enjoying the opportunity he has provided to begin building a private practice in Memphis.

My own background in social services and counseling over the past 25 years has been very diverse. I have worked with the disabled at the Multiple Sclerosis Society, with children and families in the home setting at Youth Villages, with the homeless and with victims of domestic violence.  I truly enjoyed working with the mentally ill at Delta Medical Center for seven years on three different units, alcohol and drugs, partial outpatient and mental health.  For two to three years I traveled the state of Tennessee for the Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth, researching, assessing and reporting on the status of children in state custody.  I returned to graduate school to finish my Master degree in counseling and get my license about ten years ago... it's never too late as I tell everyone!

Most recently, I have been employed by a company in Memphis that provides intense outpatient services and group counseling for the chronically mentally ill.  My Volunteer experiences include working with hospice programs, the American Red Cross, Animal rescue, and 12 step programs.

I have three wonderful children, seven grandchildren and a very full life.  I am blessed with beautiful friendships and great colleagues, like Eric!  Here's to a successful and and happy future for this current, interesting and rewarding time in my life.
